A Part of the Community

Our Sherwood Future is a project of Metropolitan Land Group, a locally owned planning and real estate company. We specialize in working with city leaders and citizens to help envision, plan, and build high-quality communities.  In Sherwood, we built Woodhaven Crossing and Creekview Crossing. Across Washington County, we’ve partnered with the cities of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and King City to create high-quality residential and mixed-used communities.

We know that with opportunity also comes responsibility. That is why we are committed to investing in public amenities like an iconic new pedestrian bridge over Hwy 99 to ensure the safe crossing of students and residents; new parks, trails and playing fields; and building lots adjacent to Sherwood High School where Bowman students can benefit from hands-on learning in home construction and design.
